  • Real-time Security Alerts: To provide you with timely notifications about suspicious activity that may affect your security, such as potential threats or vulnerabilities. This helps you take immediate action to protect yourself.

  • Mission Progress and Badge Issuance: To track your progress in various security-related missions and to issue badges or rewards for completing those missions. This gamified approach encourages users to improve their security practices.

  • Service Maintenance and Improvement: To maintain the integrity of the Mission Blackshield™ service, to troubleshoot technical issues, and to improve the accuracy of our threat detection algorithms. This ensures that we can continue to provide a reliable and effective service.

  • Research and Development: We may use anonymized and aggregated data for research and development purposes, to analyze trends, and to improve our services.
     

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We understand the importance of keeping your data private. Here's how we handle data sharing:

  • Internal Access: Access to your data is limited to authorized VaultOps personnel who require it to perform their duties, such as providing support, investigating security incidents, or improving our services.

  • No Sale of Personal Data: We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing or any other purposes. Our business model is based on providing a valuable service to the gaming community, not on selling user data.

    • Request Data Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data.

    • Auto-Wipe: For users who have not upgraded their accounts, we automatically delete their data after 30 days of inactivity. This helps to minimize the amount of data we retain.
